Appearance
Abigail is a tall, limber girl with dark brown skin and oriental features. Her dark blue hair is tied in thick tribal braids. Her most striking features are her bright blue feline eyes and her prehensile black and silver tail, which she usually keeps coiled around her leg or hidden under her knee-length skirt. She wears a white blouse adorned with tribal beads and thin-soled shoes to remain grounded.
Mannerisms
Abigail often walks on the balls of her feet and sniffs the air when entering a new room. She periodically checks the fit of her protective garments beneath her skirt when emerging from a trance.
Personality
Abigail is soft-spoken and intensely focused, often coming across as distant due to her neurodivergent nature. She is highly perceptive of the natural world, often ignoring social customs to observe the pulse of the earth or the rhythm of a person's heartbeat. She has a deep reverence for her tribe's traditions but feels the constant pull of the predator spirit within her.
Ideals
Balance. All things in the world, the spiritual and the physical, must exist in a delicate equilibrium.
Bonds
My mother, who taught me the spirit songs, and my invisible guardians are the only ones I truly trust.
Flaws
I am cursed with lycanthropy and I often harmlessly stalk people to understand them because social interaction is difficult for me.
Quirks
Background
Born to the Moonpaw tribe, Abigail was identified early as a bridge between the celestial and material worlds. Her mother, the tribe's primary wise woman, taught her the arts of spirit calling and hypnosis. From birth, she has been shadowed by two spiritual jaguars, Rose and Moonlight, who serve as her guardians and guides through the unseen paths. Abigail's life was changed forever when a rogue skinchanger inflicted her with a curse of lycanthropy, adding a feral burden to her already complex spiritual identity. She moved from her tribal lands to the wider world to master the conflict between her angelic blood and her lupine curse. She uses her roguish talents not for greed, but as a way to practice the stealth and focus required for shamanistic astral projection. When she hyper-fixates on a mystery or enters a trance to speak with the ancestors, her physical body becomes a secondary concern. She seeks to find a way to break her curse before she loses herself to the terrifying predator that emerges on the full moon.
