You can cast known spells using Charisma. You regain all expended spell slots when you finish a short or long rest.

You can cast Disguise Self at will without expending a spell slot, overriding the hag's curse on your natural form.
- Eldritch Invocations: Agonizing BlastLevel 2
When you cast Eldritch Blast, add your Charisma modifier to the damage it deals on a hit.

Appearance
In her true form, Minstrel is a lithe, gender-neutral figure with skin like unpainted porcelain and large, pupil-less silver eyes. She has no hair or distinct facial features, appearing like a living doll. However, she is rarely seen this way. Using her magic, she often takes the form of a human woman with wild auburn hair, vibrant green eyes, and a mischievous smirk. She wears elaborate, tiered leathers of emerald and gold, carrying her fiddle as if it were a shield.
Mannerisms
She has a habit of tapping out rhythms on her thighs with her fingers, and she never stays still for more than a few seconds, always shifting her weight like she is ready to dance or bolt.
Personality
Minstrel is a study in controlled rebellion. She is witty and performative, often speaking in rhyme or riddles when she wants to annoy someone. Underneath the jests lies a deep-seated resentment toward those who view the different as entertainment. She is fiercely protective of the guild she calls home and treats her thievery as a form of social balancing.
Ideals
Freedom. No person should ever be a prop for someone else's amusement.
Bonds
My fiddle is the only thing that kept me sane during the circus years. I would risk my life to retrieve it.
Flaws
I have an instinctive hatred for crowds, even when they are cheering for me.

Background
Minstrel was born in the Feywild, but her fate was sealed before her first cry. An ancestor had traded the 'color' of their line to a hag known as Mother Nightshade for a temporary boon of luck. When Minstrel reached adolescence, the curse manifested, stripping away her ability to shift shapes and locking her into a horrifyingly blank, featureless form. She was captured and sold to a traveling carnival where she was marketed as the 'Gorgon's Canvas,' a creature too hideous to be human but too dull to be a monster. To pass the hours, she played the fiddle, discovering a talent that eventually eclipsed her own humiliation. Her music eventually drew the attention of Hyrsam the Fool Prince. While the circus crowds saw a freak, Hyrsam heard the first note ever played echoing in her strings. He appeared in her cage, laughing as he offered her a deal. He didn't break the hag's curse, he simply taught her how to weave a better mask. Now, she serves as a Minstrel for a guild of benevolent thieves, using her talents to rob from those who would exploit the vulnerable. Her fiddle bow, a gift from the Prince, ensures that when the music stops, the real performance begins.
