Liam is a rugged half-orc with a prominent brow, messy dark hair styled in a shaggy cut, and a permanent sneer. He wears a heavy, fur-lined green parka over his bare, scarred chest. He has the words 'MAD' and 'FERIT' tattooed across his knuckles in Orcish runes. He carries himself with a swaggering, bow-legged walk.

He is incredibly arrogant, foul-mouthed, and quick to take offense. He believes he is the most important person in any room and treats nobles with utter contempt. Despite his rough exterior, he is fiercely loyal to those he deems 'real', which is almost nobody.

Liam was born in the soot-stained industrial pits of a city that felt more like a cage than a home. Life in the gutters taught him that if you wanted something, you had to shout louder and hit harder than the next bloke. He spent his youth running with street gangs, eventually finding a strange outlet for his aggression as the lead singer of a rowdy group of bards known as Oasis. They were more famous for the brawls they started than the songs they sang, but for a while, they were kings of the slums. The band was a chaotic mess of ego and ale, held together only by Liam's powerful voice and his brother's songwriting. Eventually, the sibling rivalry turned into a literal bloodbath, and the band imploded in a flurry of broken lutes and shattered teeth. Liam left the city behind, taking his rage and his greataxe on the road, looking for anyone foolish enough to tell him to pipe down. He views adventuring as just another way to get paid and prove that he is the hardest man in the realm.
