Aelthir's Verdant Ascension

Aelthir's Verdant Ascension is a longbow and suit of armor created as one seamless relic. The bow is carved from the heartwood of an ancient world-tree, its limbs shaped like unfurling branches and its grip wrapped in living ivy. No ordinary string spans it. Instead, a strand of silver moonlight appears whenever the wielder draws the weapon. Each arrow loosed from the bow forms from condensed green radiance, tipped with crystal thorns and feathered with glowing leaves. When attuned, the relic grows a mantle of elven armor around its bearer. Plates of pale silverwood and polished moon-metal bloom over the body like overlapping petals, while flexible vines reinforce the joints and a crown of leaves forms around the shoulders. The armor vanishes into harmless motes of pollen when the bow is released by its rightful wielder.
