Mercy of the Last Judgment

A colossal scythe with a haft of blackened celestial wood wrapped in silver wire and crimson leather. Its crescent blade is divided down the center: one edge shines with pure white radiance, while the other smolders like cooled volcanic glass. A broken golden halo floats behind the blade, turning slowly whenever the weapon is held. Feathers of light drift from the weapon when it strikes, while tiny sparks of hellfire crawl along its darker edge. Though terrifying in appearance, the scythe never harms an innocent creature through its wielder's deliberate mercy.
