Scaleweave of the Emberwing

This supple suit of light armor is fashioned from lacquered dragon scales sewn onto smoke-dark leather. Each scale catches the light in a different color, from molten copper at the shoulders to deep blue along the ribs. A narrow ridge of horn runs down the spine, and the collar bears a small, polished scale that warms when danger approaches. The armor moves almost like cloth, whispering with a dry, glassy rustle whenever its wearer turns.
