Its story
A heavy silver signet ring bearing the Eternal King’s crowned device. Its black enamel face is split by a jagged crack that runs straight through the royal emblem. The silver is dulled with age, but the broken seal still leaves a distinct impression in wax.
Lore
The cracked emblem is a painful reminder that the king’s authority is broken, though not forgotten. Some surviving officials still recognize the device and may treat its bearer as a messenger or claimant to the old court, depending on their loyalties and the circumstances.
History
Struck for the Eternal King’s officials, this signet passed through the hands of loyalists during the kingdom’s final days. It vanished amid the collapse of the royal court and was later recovered from the treasure hoard known as The Fall of the Eternal King.
