Mourner Wraithlet - AI-generated fantasy Monster

Mourner Wraithlet

The priests of Calathis believed that every buried relic carried a thread of memory into the afterlife. When grave robbers tore those threads loose, the sorrow left behind did not vanish. It condensed into a Mourner Wraithlet, a small and restless spirit that mistakes all theft for sacrilege. It is not truly hostile to the living, only to the dishonest, and it remembers the shape of grief even when it has forgotten its own name.

Incorporeal Passage. The wraithlet can move through other creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. It takes 5 force damage if it ends its turn inside an object.
Relic Sense. The wraithlet knows when a creature within 60 feet is carrying a stolen relic from a burial site or reliquary in the catacombs. It does not know the relic's exact nature, but it can always sense the direction of the nearest such object.
Mourner's Vigil. The wraithlet has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks made to notice creatures in tombs, crypts, and other enclosed dungeon spaces.
Mourning Touch. Melee Spell Attack: to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 () necrotic damage. If the target is a creature carrying a stolen relic or touched a stolen relic in the last 24 hours, it must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or have disadvantage on the next attack roll it makes before the end of its next turn.
Reproachful Wail. The wraithlet releases a thin, keening cry in a 15-foot cone. Each non-undead creature in that area must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, a creature takes 3 () psychic damage and can't take reactions until the start of its next turn. On a success, the creature takes half damage and suffers no other effect. If at least one creature in the cone is carrying a stolen relic, that creature has disadvantage on the save.
Grave Disturbance. When a creature the wraithlet can see within 30 feet removes a relic from a tomb or opens a sealed reliquary, the wraithlet moves up to 15 feet through a wall or solid object without provoking opportunity attacks.
