Marlovian Man-at-Arms

Local legends tell that after the Sepulchre took power, whole regiments rose that never asked for rest. Farmers claim to have seen the Marlovians march all night, cross rivers without slowing, and repair broken armor by morning. Minstrels call them the Unblinking Ranks.

Undead Nature. The Marlovian does not require air, food, drink, or sleep. It is immune to exhaustion and cannot be surprised while it has an unbroken order to follow.
Blackened Presence. Creatures that start their turn within 5 feet of the Marlovian must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or become frightened of it until the start of their next turn. A creature that succeeds on the save is immune to this effect from the same Marlovian for 24 hours.
Stalwart March. The Marlovian has advantage on saving throws against being charmed and on saving throws to resist fear.
Relentless Discipline. If the Marlovian is reduced to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw. On a success, it drops to 1 hit point instead. If the saving throw fails, the Marlovian is destroyed. This trait does not function if the damage is radiant.
Sepulchral Repair. Heal spells and effects that restore hit points have no effect on the Marlovian. Magical necromancy effects and the Sepulchre's specific rites can restore them.
Multiattack. The Marlovian Man-at-Arms makes two melee attacks.
Longsword and Shield Bash. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: slashing damage. If the target is a creature, the Marlovian can attempt a Shield Bash as a bonus action to shove the target; on a successful shove the target is knocked prone.
Spear. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 10 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: piercing damage. If the Marlovian hits with a spear attack while wielding it two-handed, the damage increases to .
Parry. When the Marlovian is hit by a melee attack, it can add 3 to its AC against that attack, potentially causing the attack to miss. It must decide to use this reaction before damage is rolled.
