Glimmerwood Prowler

Local storytellers call it the Moonlit Stalker or the Whispercat. Hunters speak of disappearing dogs and travelers who take wrong turns after hearing a familiar voice. Druids sometimes leave offerings in its territory to avoid its mischief.

Fey Camouflage. While in natural terrain the prowler has advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks. If it takes the Hide action in such terrain, it becomes lightly obscured by a faint shimmer of motes until the start of its next turn.
Surprise Mind. If the prowler surprised a creature, the first melee attack it lands against that creature deals an extra 7 () psychic damage.
Mistwalk. The prowler can use Mistwalk to teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space it can see. When it does so, it becomes lightly invisible until the start of its next turn and leaves behind faint glowing spores that last 1 minute. It can use Mistwalk twice, regaining uses on a short rest.
Multiattack. The prowler makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its claws.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 () piercing damage. If the target is surprised or the prowler has advantage on the attack, the bite deals an extra 7 () psychic damage as the fey whispers a maddening memory into the target's mind.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 () slashing damage. If the target is restrained or incapacitated, the claw attack deals an extra 5 () slashing damage and the target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be briefly dazed, having disadvantage on its next attack roll.
Faerie Glare. The prowler exhales a shimmering breath in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save a creature takes 18 () radiant psychic damage and is charmed until the end of the prowler's next turn. On a successful save a creature takes half damage and is not charmed. Undead and constructs are immune to the charm effect but still take half damage on a successful save.
Evasive Blur. When a creature within 30 feet deals damage to the prowler, it can instantly blur and shift as a reaction, gaining half cover until the start of its next turn. It can use this reaction once per short rest.
Cantrips
Innate Fey SpellcastingIllusion As an innate fey power the prowler can cast these spells. Charisma is its spellcasting ability (spell save DC 14). It regains expended uses on a short rest. 1/day Mistwalk (as misty step but also ending with partial invisibility for 1 round). 2/day Minor Veil (like invisibility but ends if the prowler attacks). At will Whispering Lights (creates up to 5 motes of dim light that can be moved as a bonus action to distract or lure creatures).
