Tooth Golem

Old apothecary ledgers and cult hymnals mention 'tooth guardians.' Some villagers treat a tooth golem's presence as a sign to avoid stealing bones; others see them as an omen that those who donate teeth will be watched by the dead.

Construct Nature. The tooth golem is a Construct. It does not need to eat, sleep, or breathe.
Brittle Enamel. The golem's teeth are brittle to crushing force. The golem has vulnerability to bludgeoning damage. It is immune to poison damage and the poisoned condition, immunity to the charmed and exhaustion conditions.
Binding Oath. The golem was bound to serve a creator or purpose. If commanded by the creature or faction that created it, it follows simple written or spoken orders from that creator even over immediate self-preservation.
Multiattack. The tooth golem makes two bite attacks.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: piercing damage. If the target is a creature made of flesh, the bite deals an additional piercing damage as shards embed and tear soft tissue.
Tooth Spray. Recharge 5-6. The golem expels a spray of jagged enamel and dentin in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking piercing damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. In addition, a creature that fails the save has small tooth shards lodge in its flesh. The creature is restrained until it or an ally uses an action to pull the shards free, which requires a successful Strength (Athletics) check. A creature can repeatedly attempt the check each round, and the shards fall out automatically after 1 minute.
Snap Counter. If a creature within 5 feet of the golem makes a melee attack with a heavy bludgeoning weapon, the golem makes one bite attack against that creature as an immediate reaction before the attack completes.
