Nivharg - AI-generated fantasy Monster

Nivharg

Old mountaineers claim that the first Nivhargs were born when a dying white dragon fell into a volcanic glacier. Whether true or not, every Nivharg bears the same contradiction: a body of freezing crystal threaded with the dark scars of buried heat. They are not true elemental dragons, but their eggs are prized by cults that seek to hatch living weapons of winter.

Legendary Resistance. If the Nivharg fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead. It can use this trait three times per day.
Glacial Stride. The Nivharg can move across icy surfaces without needing to make an ability check. Difficult terrain composed of ice or snow does not cost it extra movement.
Brittle Heatshock. When the Nivharg takes fire damage, its crystalline armor cracks until the start of its next turn. Until then, its AC is reduced by 1, but it has advantage on the next saving throw it makes against being restrained or knocked prone.
Ice-Born Physiology. The Nivharg can breathe air and does not suffer penalties in freezing water or blizzard conditions.
Multiattack. The Nivharg makes one Bite attack and two Claw attacks.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 15 () piercing damage plus 4 () cold damage. If the target is a creature, its speed is reduced by 10 feet until the end of its next turn.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 () slashing damage.
Frost-Spear Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 13 () piercing damage. If the target is Large or smaller, it must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be pushed up to 10 feet and knocked prone.
Glacier Breath. The Nivharg exhales supercooled vapor in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a Constitution saving throw, taking 45 () cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. A creature that fails the save also has its speed reduced to 0 until the end of its next turn. The Nivharg cannot use this action again until it recharges on a roll of 5 or 6 at the start of its turn.
Frightful Presence. Each creature of the Nivharg's choice within 60 feet of it that is aware of it must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A frightened creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature succeeds on the saving throw or the effect ends for it, it is immune to this Nivharg's Frightful Presence for 24 hours.
Shardburst. When a creature within 10 feet of the Nivharg hits it with a melee attack, the Nivharg causes a burst of razor ice to erupt from its scales. The attacker must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take 7 () piercing damage and be pushed 5 feet away. On a successful save, the creature takes half damage and is not pushed.
