Dibeline Penitent

Since the fall of Valaria Wilson, the Dibeline cult has seized power in the witch capital of Moon Hold. The Penitents are their most tragic success: former aristocrats and thinkers whose wills were shattered, replaced by an addiction to the pain of their own brands.

Penitent Rage. As a bonus action, the Penitent can enter a rage for 1 minute (3/day). While raging, they have advantage on STR checks and saves, deal +2 damage with melee attacks, and have resistance to physical damage types.
Blade Mastery. The Penitent has a bonus to attack rolls with swords (included). They have advantage on opportunity attacks and can use a reaction to gain a bonus to AC against one melee attack.
Shattered Mind. The Penitent has advantage on saving throws against being Charmed but has disadvantage on saving throws against being Intimidated.
Unarmored Defense. While wearing no armor and not wielding a shield, the Penitent's AC equals 10 + Dex modifier + Con modifier.
Multiattack. The Penitent makes two attacks: one with its Longsword and one with its Chain Whip.
Longsword. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 () slashing damage, plus 2 damage if Raging.
Chain Whip (Cantrip). Melee Spell Attack: to hit, reach 30 ft., one target. Hit: 9 () necrotic damage. If the target is a creature, it is pulled up to 10 feet straight toward the Penitent.
Produce Flame (Cantrip). Ranged Spell Attack: to hit, range 30 ft., one target. Hit: 9 () fire damage. The flame also sheds bright light in a 10-foot radius.
Blade Parry. The Penitent adds 1 to its AC against one melee attack that would hit it. To do so, the Penitent must see the attacker and be wielding a sword.
