Glacier Ooze

Old hunters speak of blue glass that moves under the snow and the 'heart of the crevasse' that consumes men whole. Folktales warn of glaciers that 'wake' to swallow villages, attributing their movement to ancient oozes born when elemental cold met wastes of iron and whale-bone.

Icebound Regeneration. The ooze automatically dissolves and re-forms over nonmagical ice and snow, regaining 10 hit points at the start of its turn if at least half of its body is on natural ice or packed snow.
Flowing Form. The ooze’s body can flow through gaps as narrow as 1 inch wide. It leaves behind a glaze of slick ice on surfaces it moves over that is difficult terrain.
Mindless Hunger. The ooze cannot speak and does not understand languages. It reacts to heat, sound, and vibrations.
Shattering Death. When the ooze drops to 0 hit points it explodes in a spray of razor ice. Each creature within 10 feet must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 18 () piercing damage on a failed save, or half as much on a success. The area becomes slick difficult terrain for 1 minute.
Frostreach Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 18 () bludgeoning damage plus 9 () cold damage. If the target is a creature wearing metal armor or carrying metal gear, it takes an extra 4 () cold damage as the ooze draws heat through the metal.
Freezing Engulf. The glacier ooze attempts to merge with and engulf a Medium or smaller creature it can reach. The target must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or become engulfed. An engulfed creature is restrained, takes 21 () cold damage at the start of each of the ooze's turns, and is unable to breathe if it requires air. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, freeing itself on a success. If the saving throw fails by 5 or more the creature is also knocked prone inside the ooze. A creature reduced to 0 hit points while engulfed is frozen into a block of ice that the ooze can later shatter to create difficult terrain and shards that deal piercing damage to those within 5 feet when broken.
Glacial Breath. The ooze exhales a blizzard in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a Constitution saving throw, taking 27 () cold damage on a failed save, or half as much on a success. Creatures that fail the save have their speed halved and have disadvantage on Strength and Dexterity checks and saving throws until the end of their next turn as rime clings to them.
Crystalline Rebound. Crystalline Rebound. When targeted by a melee attack, the glacier ooze may force the attacker to succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take 7 () cold damage as supercooled shards flake off. This ability can be used a number of times equal to the ooze's Constitution modifier (minimum once) and regains all uses after a short or long rest.
Rime Lash. Rime Lash. The ooze makes one Frostreach Slam attack against a creature within reach.
Slippery Slide (Costs 2 Actions). Slippery Slide. The ooze moves up to half its speed without provoking opportunity attacks and may enter the space of a creature, forcing a Strength saving throw or knocking that creature prone.
Shatter Spikes (Costs 2 Actions). Shatter Spikes. The ooze expels a burst of sharp ice in a 10-foot radius centered on itself. Creatures in the area must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take 13 () piercing damage and be pierced into the ice, losing their next reaction.
