Painwasp Swarm

Fisherfolk and woodcutters tell of 'stitching wasps' that leave victims wracked with pain. Herbalists use ground wasp chitin in cauterizing salves. Old hunting tales say that disturbing a painwasp brood brings more trouble than gold’s worth.

Swarm Form. The swarm can occupy another creature's space and vice versa, and the swarm can move through any opening large enough for a wasp. The swarm can't regain hit points or be healed by spells that target a single creature.
Evasive Mass. The swarm has advantage on Dexterity saving throws against effects that target only it. When subjected to a spell or effect that allows it to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, it instead takes no damage on a success and half damage on a failure.
Flammable Body. The swarm is vulnerable to fire damage. If the swarm takes fire damage, it has disadvantage on its attack rolls and saving throws until the end of its next turn.
Swarming Sting. The swarm pours into a single creature's space and lashes out with countless stings. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 0 ft., one creature in the swarm's space. Hit: piercing damage plus poison damage. The target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or have disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks until the end of its next turn. A creature that succeeds on the saving throw takes half the poison damage and suffers no disadvantage.
Pain Cloud (Recharge 5-6). The painwasps thrash and split into a dense, stinging cloud that fills a 10-foot-radius sphere centered on the swarm. Each creature that starts its turn in the cloud or enters it for the first time on a turn must make a Constitution saving throw, taking poison damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. The cloud heavily obscures the area. The swarm can maintain the cloud for up to 3 rounds. While the cloud remains, ranged attacks that pass through it to reach targets beyond have disadvantage if the attack passes through the cloud's space.
Harassing Buzz. When a creature within 5 feet of the swarm makes an attack roll against a target other than the swarm, the swarm can make a brief harrying pass. The attacker makes the attack with disadvantage. Once used, the swarm cannot use this reaction until the start of its next turn.
