Gloamslim

Old tales call it a shadow-vaint or thinling. Travelers report losing parts of their shadows as if cut away and later waking pale and listless. Folklore advises leaving a candle burning and carrying a bright coin when crossing places where the thinlands kiss the mortal world.

Shadowborn. The Gloamslim is native to the thinlands and never casts a normal shadow. It gains a +4 racial bonus on Stealth checks in dim light or darkness.
Twilight Sight. The Gloamslim can see through darkness as if it were dim light. It has advantage on attacks made from within dim light or shadow against targets in bright light.
Sun-Shrink. The slimling is weakened by strong light. In bright sunlight or a continual bright light effect it takes a -2 penalty to attack rolls and cannot use Shadow Shroud or its innate invisibility; any active cumulative shadow penalties it inflicted decrease by 1 stage per round while exposed to the bright light.
Shadow-Swipe. Melee reach 10 ft. +7 ( plus Shadow Feed). On hit the target takes piercing or slashing damage as appropriate and the slimling attempts to feed on the target's shadow. The target must succeed on a Fortitude save or suffer temporary Dexterity drain and take negative energy damage, and dim the target's shadow for 1 minute. The temporary Dexterity drain is cumulative up to 3 times and ends 1 minute after the last application unless the target receives magical healing or a remove conditions effect.
Shadow Bolt. Ranged 30 ft. magical attack. The slimling launches a skein of living shadow at a target. Ranged touch attack +6, negative energy damage and target is entangled (escape ) for 1 round on a failed Reflex save. A creature that is already suffering from a shadow feed has disadvantage on the Reflex save.
Sever Shadow. The slimling reaches out and clings to a creature's own shadow. Melee touch +7. If the target fails a Will save its shadow is severed from its controlling attention and the target takes a -2 penalty to all Perception checks and a -1 morale penalty on attack rolls and saving throws for 1 minute. These penalties stack up to 3 times. A successful dispel magic or remove conditions ends the effect early.
Shadow Shroud. If an enemy tries to use bright light within 10 feet the slimling can respond with a sudden cloud of shadow, imposing concealment for 1 round against that source and granting the slimling advantage to disengage.
