Argent Runebound Hound

Relentless Soldier. The Hound radiates a 15-foot aura of inescapable dread. Any creature that starts its turn in the aura or enters it cannot use the Step action. Additionally, if the Hound hits a creature with an Attack of Opportunity, that creature's movement is immediately reduced to 0 for the remainder of its turn.
Frightful Presence. 30 feet, Will save. On a failure, the creature is Frightened 2. On a critical failure, the creature is Frightened 3 and Fleeing for 1 round.
Runic Binding. The Hound's silver fur is etched with binding runes. When the Hound hits a creature with its jaws, that creature is marked. The Hound always knows the exact location of a marked creature as long as they are on the same plane.
Jaws. Melee Strike (Reach 10ft) +23 ( piercing plus force and Knockdown). If the target is already prone, the Jaws deal an additional precision damage.
Silver Shred. Two Actions. The Hound makes two Jaws strikes against a single target. If both hit, the target takes an additional persistent bleed damage as the silver fur shreds their defenses.
Howl of the Hunt. One Action (Auditory, Mental). The Hound lets out a bone-chilling howl. All Frightened creatures within 60 feet must immediately succeed at a Will save or become Slowed 1 for 1 round (Slowed 2 on a critical failure).
Relentless Pursuit. Trigger: A creature within 30 feet moves away from the Hound. Effect: The Hound immediately Strides up to its full speed toward the triggering creature. This movement does not provoke attacks of opportunity.
4th level
Air WalkTransmutation— Constant effect; the Hound can walk on air as if it were solid ground.
Dimensional AnchorAbjuration— 3 times per day; the Hound barks a runic syllable to prevent a target from teleporting (DC 28).
