Relentless Rooter. If the boar is reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, it can drop to 1 hit point instead. Once it uses this ability, it must finish a short or long rest before it can do so again.
Charge. If the boar moves at least 20 feet straight toward a creature and then hits it with a Gore attack on the same turn, the attack deals an extra piercing damage.
Keen Smell. The boar has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell. Its keen nose lets it find edible roots and tracks through the underbrush.
Gore. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: piercing damage. If the boar moved at least 20 feet straight toward the target immediately before hitting, the attack deals an extra piercing damage.
Ram Tackle. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: bludgeoning damage, and the target must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Skitter Aside. When a creature the boar can see moves within 5 feet of it, the boar can use its reaction to shift 10 feet without provoking opportunity attacks.
