Celestial Iron Sovereignty. The Lover has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects. She cannot be unwillingly teleported or banished while inside the Sanctum of the First Forge.
Mother of Iron Dragons. The Lover's attacks are magical. She can communicate telepathically with dragons within 120 feet. Iron dragons within 120 feet of her have advantage on saving throws against being frightened or charmed.
Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If the Lover fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead. She has three uses of this trait and regains all expended uses when she finishes a long rest.

Frightful Presence. Each creature of the Lover's choice within 120 feet of her and aware of her must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A frightened creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. A creature that succeeds is immune to this Lover's Frightful Presence for 24 hours.
Iron Dragonfire. The Lover exhales a storm of molten iron in a 90-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 91 () fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. A creature that fails by 5 or more is also restrained by cooling metal until the end of its next turn. A restrained creature can use its action to make a Strength check, ending the restraint on a success. Nonmagical metal objects in the area that are not being worn or carried are destroyed.
Bahamut's Kiss. The Lover exhales a radiant breath in a 60-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a Constitution saving throw, taking 63 () radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. A creature that fails the save cannot regain hit points until the end of its next turn.
Celestial Intercession. When the Lover or a creature she can see within 60 feet is hit by an attack, she adds 5 to the target's AC against that attack, potentially causing it to miss. If the attack still hits, the target has resistance to the attack's damage. The Lover can use this reaction three times, regaining all uses at dawn.

Wing Attack (Costs 3 Actions). The Lover beats her wings. Each creature within 15 feet of her must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take 18 () bludgeoning damage and fall prone. The Lover can then fly up to half her flying speed.
