Moon Strider - AI-generated fantasy Monster

Moon Strider

Bards whisper that moon striders were once rare unions between wandering eladrin and forest spiders, but in truth they are a line of fey born from moonlit weavings of the Archfey. Their colorful patterns are said to record the dreams they have eaten, and their silk is prized by some as material for charms and dreamcatchers.

Moonlit Weave. The moon strider's silk weavings shimmer with moonlight. While within an area of its silk web, illusion and enchantment spells cast by the moon strider are cast with advantage on attack rolls and the saving throw DCs are increased by 1.
Spider Climb. The moon strider can move across vertical surfaces and ceilings without needing to make an ability check. It can also cling to surfaces and make attacks from above without disadvantage.
Fey Trance. The moon strider does not need to sleep. It enters a trance for 4 hours to gain the benefits of a long rest.
Innate Spellcasting. The moon strider can cast its innate spells without components. If it uses Lull of the Fae or Silkfall, it can maintain concentration on one of them as if concentrating on a spell, though Silkfall's duration is fixed at 1 minute.
Moonlance Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 13 () piercing damage plus 7 () radiant force damage.
Gossamer Spit. Ranged Weapon Attack: to hit, range 30/90 ft., one target. Hit: 11 () slashing damage and the target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be charmed until the end of its next turn. A creature charmed this way is enthralled and takes disadvantage on attack rolls against anything other than the moon strider.
Silkfall. The moon strider shoots a web of shimmering silk in a 25-foot cone. Each creature in that area must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or be restrained for 1 minute as silvery strands bind them. A restrained creature can use an action to make a Strength check against the saving throw DC, ending the effect on itself on a success. The web is fragile to fire; any fire damage to the web causes it to break, ending the effect for all creatures.
Lull of the Fae. The moon strider targets one creature it can see within 60 feet. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or fall under the moon strider's enthrallment for 1 minute. While enthralled, the creature is incapacitated and has a speed of 0, but it takes 5 () psychic damage at the start of each of its turns as the creature is flooded with dreamy visions. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success. If the target takes damage, it can immediately make the saving throw with advantage.
Protective Thread. If a creature within 30 feet deals damage to an enthralled ally of the moon strider, the moon strider can use its reaction to force that creature to make a Wisdom saving throw or be charmed until the end of its next turn.
Cantrips
Innate Fairy MagicEnchantment and Illusion Innate spellcasting. The moon strider's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 14, +6 to hit with spell attacks). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components. At will: minor illusion, dancing lights. 3/day each: enthrall (as the spell), faerie fire. 1/day: major image.
