Urban Acrobat. The dusk psion has advantage on Dexterity saving throws and on checks made to maintain balance, cling to surfaces, or leap between structures.
Psionic Distortion Field. The dusk psion emits a subtle psionic distortion field. Creatures with the ability to cast spells or use psionic powers can detect the field instinctively within 120 feet, even if they cannot see the dusk psion. For those creatures, the field interferes with concentration and verbal casting.

On a failed save, a creature takes 45 () psychic damage and is stunned until the end of its next turn. On a successful save, it takes half damage and is not stunned.
Psionic Disruption. The dusk psion targets one creature it can see within 90 feet. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be charmed or frightened by the dusk psion's choice until the end of its next turn. While affected, the target cannot cast spells with verbal components and has disadvantage on Constitution saving throws made to maintain concentration. A creature that succeeds is immune to this dusk psion's Distortion Field for 24 hours.
Slip Between. When a creature within 5 feet of the dusk psion misses it with a melee attack, the dusk psion can move up to 10 feet without provoking opportunity attacks.
Skitter. The dusk psion moves up to half its speed without provoking opportunity attacks.
Mind Jab (Costs 2 Actions). One creature the dusk psion can see within 60 feet must succeed on a Intelligence saving throw or take 13 () psychic damage and lose the ability to take reactions until the start of its next turn.
