Juggernaut - AI-generated fantasy Monster

Juggernaut

A necromancer created the first Juggernaut by fusing the upper body of a giant warrior with the remains of several powerful corpses. The creature's heart was removed and replaced with a dark-purple crystal harvested from a dead magical site. The resulting undead construct possessed tremendous strength but almost no independent thought. Every Juggernaut is bound to its creator's commands, making it an ideal guardian, executioner, or siege weapon.

Massive Frame. The Juggernaut has advantage on saving throws against effects that would knock it prone or move it against its will. It can climb difficult surfaces without needing to make an ability check.
Unthinking Terror. The Juggernaut cannot be frightened, and it is immune to effects that rely on pain, intimidation, or emotional persuasion.
Creator-Bound Commands. The Juggernaut can understand and obey simple commands from its creator. It cannot understand complex plans, conditional instructions, or commands from other creatures unless the command is delivered through a successful deception described in Non-Combat Options.
Necromantic Construction. The Juggernaut cannot regain hit points except through necromantic magic specifically designed to repair undead creatures. If it is reduced to 0 hit points, its body collapses and the heart crystal becomes exposed.
Multiattack. The Juggernaut makes two Pulverizing Fist attacks. It can replace one attack with Ground Chunk if suitable material is within reach.
Pulverizing Fist. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 15 () bludgeoning damage. If the target is Large or smaller, it must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be pushed up to 15 feet and knocked prone.
Ground Chunk. The Juggernaut tears a massive chunk from the ground, a wall, rubble pile, or another nearby solid surface and hurls it at a creature it can see within 60 feet. Ranged Weapon Attack: to hit, one target. Hit: 17 () bludgeoning damage, and the target must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be pushed up to 10 feet. The hurled material is destroyed or becomes ordinary rubble after impact.
Crushing Charge. The Juggernaut moves up to its speed in a straight line toward a creature without provoking opportunity attacks. If it moves at least 20 feet straight toward the target and then hits it with a Pulverizing Fist on the same turn, the target takes an extra 9 () bludgeoning damage and must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. The Juggernaut can move through the space of a prone creature during this movement, treating that space as difficult terrain.
