Snowstorm Colossus

Local hunters tell of a white colossus that waits on ridgelines until travelers separate from their companions. Ancient stonemasons carved runes to keep it at bay and offer saucers of oil to ward the way. Scholars argue they are the remnants of winter spirits that took a harsher form after the age of ice.

Formless Frost. The elemental is composed of living snow and ice; it can pass through snow and reform from it if at least 10 cubic feet of compacted snow is available within 30 feet (reforming takes 3 rounds and restores half its HP).
Rimed Hide. A creature that hits the elemental with a melee attack while within 5 feet must succeed on a Reflex save or take cold damage from sharp ice.
Winter's Grasp. The elemental's control and area effects count as severe environmental cold. Creatures spending prolonged time within its drifts may suffer gear degradation or hypothermia unless they succeed on periodic saves.
Rime Lash. Rime Lash The elemental strikes with a whiplike arm of compacted snow and ice. Melee 2 (agile, finesse, reach 10 feet) Damage bludgeoning plus cold. On a critical hit the target is grabbed (escape ) as icy tendrils coil around it.
Hailburst. Hailburst Sends shards of fused hail in a 30-foot cone. Area 30-foot cone (30 feet). Each creature in the area must succeed on a Reflex save or take cold damage and be slowed 1 for 1 round. On a success they take half damage and are not slowed.
Snowshroud. Snowshroud (two-action) The elemental exhales a veil of fine, stinging snow that clings to surfaces. Area 15-foot radius emanation. Creatures in the area when it appears or that enter it must succeed on a Fortitude save or suffer cold persistent damage and become concealed for 1 round to creatures outside the area. Creatures wearing fire- or heat-based protections add a +2 circumstance bonus to the save.
Glacial Grasp. Glacial Grasp (two-action) The elemental targets one creature within 30 feet. The target must succeed on a Reflex save or be entangled and immobilized as shards of ice lock around its limbs. The effect lasts until the target escapes (escape ) or the elemental releases it. A creature immobilized by Glacial Grasp takes cold damage at the start of its turn.
Summon Snowdrifts. Summon Snowdrifts (three-action) The elemental rips up a localized storm from the ground. It summons drifting snow mounds (obscuring terrain that grants cover and counts as difficult terrain). These drifts last 3 rounds and can be burst by physical force (AC 20, 30 HP) or temporary fire effects. Only one Summon Snowdrifts effect can exist from this elemental at a time.
Icy Rebound. Icy Rebound When an enemy within 10 feet hits the elemental with a melee Strike, the elemental may use a reaction to burst a spray of slush. The attacker takes cold damage and must succeed on a Reflex save or be pushed 10 feet and knocked prone.

Chill Grasp (innate)Necromancy A whisper of winter that freezes skin and slows movement. Targets in range must succeed on a Fortitude save or be entangled for 1 round.

Sleet Storm (innate)Conjuration The Snowstorm Colossus possesses innate spell-like cold and weather magic. These are cast at caster level 10 and use DC 31.
