Purity Vraks
Species
Black dragonborn
Appearance
A lean black dragonborn whose scales have the matte texture of wet river stone, with thin silver lines of old acid damage tracing the ribs, shoulders, and backs of his hands. He wears a polished steel mask with no eyeholes visible from the front, though narrow slits open when he tilts his head. His movements are absolutely noiseless, not merely careful. Cloth does not rustle, claws do not click, and even his breathing seems to occur somewhere behind the walls. The contradiction is that his hands are extraordinarily gentle, almost priestly, and he unconsciously cradles fragile objects as if they are sleeping animals. Within a minute of meeting him, most people notice that his eyes never look at faces first. They inspect exits, door hinges, reflections, hands, and the empty space behind the speaker.
“His voice is low, precise, and almost toneless, with each sentence separated by a measured breath. Behind the steel mask, consonants click softly like pebbles in a sealed jar.”

Distinguishing Features
A polished steel mask with no emblem, expression, or visible mouth
Absolute noiselessness when moving, even across loose gravel or dry leaves
A breath that is nearly inaudible until he feels anger, fear, or pity
Eyes that track exits, reflections, hands, and concealed spaces before acknowledging faces
A silver thread braided into the end of his tail, taken from the archivist he failed to save
Voice
“A dry, subterranean baritone with a faint metallic resonance. It sounds less like speech emerging from a throat and more like a verdict traveling through a narrow pipe.”
Clothing
A heavy hooded grey cloak lined with black felt, layered over close-fitting charcoal wrappings, soft-soled prison shoes, a featureless polished steel mask, and a belt of sealed glass ampoules. The cloak is weighted at the hem to prevent it from billowing or brushing against nearby objects.
Body Language
He stands with his shoulders slightly rounded beneath his cloak, as though making himself smaller for the sake of silence. His head tilts toward sounds rather than faces. When calm, his hands rest open at his sides. When rattled, his claws press into his palms until the scales whiten around them, and his breath becomes audible as a wet, controlled hiss.
