Seshiri Tsaveli
Road Warden
Seshiri Tsaveli
Species
Human
Appearance
Seshiri is a young woman with a deceptively gentle face, a narrow chin, soft cheeks, and bright eyes that seem to measure exits before they settle on a speaker. Her skin has the dry, sun-polished texture of someone who has spent years tending ovens, lamps, and roadside shrines. She moves with economical grace, never quite turning her back on a doorway. Her hands are small, strong, and permanently scented with cedar oil. At first glance she appears delicate and almost bookish, but her stillness has the coiled patience of a hunting cat. The contradiction is her smile, which is warm and sincerely kind even when she is deciding whether someone is dangerous.
“Soft, measured, and breathy, with sibilant consonants and a slight mountain lilt. She speaks faster when discussing lamps or maps and slower when making a threat.”

Distinguishing Features
Her eyes repeatedly travel to exits, hands, and sources of light before returning to a person's face.
The pads of her fingers are faintly amber-stained from lamp oil and cedar resin.
She wears a brass thimble on a cord around her wrist and taps it against her staff when thinking.
Her smile is unexpectedly tender for someone whose attention is so guarded.
Voice
“A low, warm voice with a breathy edge, as if every sentence has passed through smoke. Her politeness is genuine, but when she is angry the softness becomes more unsettling than a shout.”
Clothing
A simple smoke-blue wool dress beneath a cream linen overdress, tied with a muted red sash. Her sleeves are narrow for practical work, and a short dark mantle is fastened with a plain brass clasp shaped like a lamp flame. Her clothing is clean, carefully mended, and entirely without ornament except for one hidden thread of silver at the hem.
Body Language
Seshiri keeps one shoulder angled toward the nearest exit and rests two fingers lightly against her staff when listening. When relaxed, she leans forward with open palms. When lying, she becomes perfectly still except for a slow flex of her left thumb.
