Chief Vruuk Ash-Hand is a lean, wiry orc built like a drawn bow, with long shoulders, narrow hips, and the economical balance of someone who expects every room to become dangerous. His ash-dusted gray skin has a dry, stone-like texture across the knuckles and elbows, while the skin around his eyes is carefully oiled to prevent desert grit from settling there. Cold amber eyes track hands, exits, and changes in breathing before they acknowledge faces. His head is shaved smooth except for a narrow ridge of black bristles running from crown to nape. Soot-black tally tattoos climb his neck in precise vertical columns, each mark recording a debt, betrayal, or clan death. He waits with one heel raised and all his weight resting on the ball of the other foot, as if the ground itself were a trap. His movements are nearly silent and strangely graceful for an orc, yet his voice and manner carry the severe stillness of a judge. The unexpected contradiction is his hands: broad, blunt, and heavily callused, they are kept meticulously clean, with each fingernail polished to a dull charcoal sheen.

Body Language
Vruuk stands slightly off-center from groups, never with his back fully exposed and never directly beneath a beam, balcony, or hanging weapon.
