Appearance
Roh is a broad, compact dwarf with the dense, grounded posture of a boulder that learned to walk. He is bald, and his entire scalp is covered in dark blue geometric tattoos resembling fault lines, river deltas, and old dwarven masonry marks. The tattoos continue down behind his ears and disappear beneath his collar. Two small iron rings pierce the lower ridge of his nose, and they click softly when he breathes through it. His hands are square and heavily callused, with pale mineral dust permanently settled into the creases of his knuckles. He never wears shoes. His bare feet are unusually wide, the soles roughened like sandstone, and he walks with his toes spread as though testing the ground. At first glance he seems immovable and severe, yet he has a surprisingly delicate way of handling fragile objects, lifting a teacup as carefully as a jeweler lifts a gem. When he meditates, his beard, clothing, and hanging jewelry become perfectly still while tiny grains of dust orbit his body in slow rings.

His sleeves are tied back with copper wire, leaving his forearms bare. His clothing is practical but meticulously maintained, with every seam aligned like a course of masonry.
Body Language
Roh keeps his weight balanced over the balls of his bare feet and rarely turns his whole body when someone enters. His eyes often drop toward the floor, not from shyness but to read vibrations. He touches the iron rings in his nose whenever he is deciding whether someone is trustworthy. During anger, he becomes frighteningly still, with only the dust around his ankles betraying the strength of his concentration.
