The Quiet Sky Observatory

You enter a circular observatory chamber where blue-white light leaks through a cracked domed ceiling. Frost feathers the walls despite the stale air, and brass rings turn slowly inside the floor with a sound like distant chimes. At the far end, a sealed stone door bears three empty impressions: a leaf, a winged creature, and a crescent. In the center, a waist-high plate holds a season ring, a silver owl token, and a moon dial. Each component gives a different tone when touched, while the door's runes pulse faintly in time with the chamber's chimes.
