Limitless Vessel

The Limitless Vessel is a human whose body, mind, and spirit have become a living conduit for raw supernatural force. Unlike specialists who bind themselves to a school, pact, element, deity, or tradition, the Vessel shapes mana according to immediate need. She can fight with manifested weapons, alter the battlefield, shield allies, heal wounds, or unleash devastating spells. Her defining strength is unrestricted magical flexibility: she prepares broadly, changes tactics quickly, and can overcharge effects beyond normal limits without relying on a single magical discipline.

Spellcasting & Powers

The Limitless Vessel is a full Mana-based caster. She does not prepare spells from a fixed school. Instead, she learns a small number of named techniques and uses Mana Shaping to create effects comparable to published spells and powers. Her magic may be flavored as elemental, psychic, divine, technological, spiritual, or purely personal.

Luminous Ward Creates a brief protective barrier around one creature.
Mend Flesh Restores a small amount of hit points through controlled life energy.
Veilstep Allows a short teleport or burst of supernatural movement.

Shaped Miracles

Counterforce Interrupts or weakens an incoming spell, power, or magical hazard.
Elemental Lance Launches a focused beam whose damage type can be changed when cast.
Restorative Wave Heals several nearby allies or removes one minor condition.
Binding Geometry Restrains or slows a creature with luminous magical shapes.
Mirror Self Creates a temporary illusory duplicate that distracts attackers.

Greater Expressions

Gravity Break Suspends creatures and objects in a localized distortion of weight.
Living Bastion Forms a mobile barrier that protects allies and absorbs damage.
Reweave Fate Lets a creature reroll a failed check or defense once before the effect ends.
Searing Constellation Marks several targets and strikes them with linked radiant impacts.
Original Creation: Memory Bloom For a short time, an area recreates sensory details from a powerful memory, affecting creatures emotionally and tactically.

Limitless Arts

Worldstep Teleports the caster and willing allies across a great distance.
Null Crown Suppresses one ongoing magical effect or temporarily disables a supernatural ability.
Rebirth Current Returns a recently dead creature to life at significant Mana cost.
Cataclysmic Pulse Releases a large wave of force that damages enemies and shields allies.
Original Creation: Unwritten Door Creates a temporary passage through a barrier, distance, or planar boundary.

Multiclassing

To multiclass into the Limitless Vessel, you need a Presence or Intellect score of 13. You gain basic Mana Shaping but do not gain the full Mana pool; instead, your Mana pool equals your multiclass level + your Flow ability modifier. You gain Manifestations only at class levels that grant them, and your maximum Mana-Shaping effect tier uses your total character level but remains limited by your Limitless Vessel levels.

Proficiencies

Light armor, simple weapons, arcane implements, one artisan's tool or scholarly kit, and two skills from the skill options list. You may use Presence or Intellect for magical attacks and power effects.

Training & Initiation

A person becomes a Limitless Vessel when latent human mana is awakened through crisis, disciplined meditation, exposure to uncontrolled magic, or deliberate initiation by another Vessel. Training focuses on emotional control, rapid visualization, physical conditioning, and learning to shape effects without relying on inherited magical categories. Most teachers insist that the first lesson is not how to gain power, but how to stop using it reflexively.

Societal Perception

Ordinary people often see a Limitless Vessel as a living miracle until they witness the class's destructive potential. Governments want to recruit or control Vessels, established magical orders resent their independence, and oppressed communities may view them as symbols of human possibility.
