Hidden beneath an abandoned roadside temple, this subterranean complex is the clandestine headquarters of the Pale Lotus cult. Its jade-lined corridors are patrolled by silent acolytes who have traded their souls for forbidden longevity.

The High Monk of Silken Rot, a ruthless necromancer, oversees the guild's operations. He is currently attempting to reanimate a legendary general's corpse to use as his personal enforcer. His presence is felt through the rhythmic, bone-chilling chanting that echoes from the deepest chambers of the crypt.
History
Originally constructed as the eternal resting place for the Chen Dynasty, the site was desecrated fifty years ago. The Pale Lotus, a secretive guild of death-priests, drove out the resident monks and turned the burial chambers into a hub for necromantic study and shadow-assassinations. They believe that by preserving the flesh in jade, they can harvest the residual life-force of the deceased.
