Opulent but lethal, featuring extreme heat (120 degrees Fahrenheit), the constant rhythmic thrum of the volcano, and dim lighting provided by flowing magma channels.

Ignisvult the Eternal, a Red Greatwyrm who has mastered the art of soul-binding. His presence alone warps reality within the lair, making the ground bleed magma and the air burn the lungs of those who do not belong.
History
Built by the Fire Giant lords of the First Age, this stronghold was conquered by the Red Greatwyrm Ignisvult ten centuries ago. The dragon utilized enslaved dwarven architects to reinforce the natural lava tubes with adamant and spell-warded basalt to house his hoards.
