A 25-foot stone dais holds the relic in a cleansing circle. Moving across the circle without permission disrupts the ritual.
Broken pillars and hanging prayer cloth provide three-quarters cover. Shadows pool beneath the cloth.
A narrow stair drops toward the temple entrance. A creature shoved here can fall prone and lose 10 feet of movement.
Terrain Levers
- Pull the bronze sun chain to flood one zone with bright light until the next round.
- Kick the cracked altar supports to collapse the relic platform, dealing 4d6 bludgeoning damage in a 10-foot area.
- Smear holy ash across a shadow gate to close it as an action with a DC 18 Religion check.
