The Tax Chest on the Dock

The skiff slams against the dock, and two horned raiders leap aboard with axes up. A chain of stolen chests is already being hauled toward the rail, and the deckhands are cutting the last mooring rope. One minotaur bellows for the cargo, another drives straight for the nearest defender, and the dock boards shake under boot and hoof. If they get the chest aboard, they are gone with the tide.
