Battlefield Spoils of the Wyrmling Warbands

After the final clash on the ruined ridge the party sifted through a chaotic field of bodies and broken wagons. The goblin warband had been raiding caravans and worshiping the two wyrmlings that nested nearby. The dragons contributed sharp, iridescent scales and a small, prized sapphire to the pile, while the goblins left behind crude weapons, salvaged armor pieces, and a selection of stolen coin and trinkets. Among the refuse the party pried loose two potions of healing and a single minor restorative elixir, a scavenged spyglass, and a surprisingly well-crafted +1 short sword that likely passed from a fallen mercenary into goblin hands. Also recovered were components and materials useful to crafters and trapmakers, plus a wyrmtooth banner that hums with a faint, simple ward. The haul is suited to a level five party: enough coin and gems to be worthwhile, a handful of consumable magic, a single modest permanent magic weapon, and several materials and curios for roleplay or crafting.
