Icewind Kobold Lair: Drifts and Shards

Tucked into a frozen crevice is a fragment of a larger map marked with a dragon's tooth symbol, hinting that these kobolds are scavengers and scouts working for something or someone that seeks a dragon's hoard. The party will need to decide whether to keep, sell, or follow the map fragment and whether to repair or repurpose the equipment taken from the kobolds.
