The Tale of This Treasure
Behind a curtain of dripping seaweed and algae-crusted stones, the drowned choir's cavern opened into a flooded alcove of offerings. Six voices once kept vigil here, and where their song ended the worshippers' tokens and coastal treasures lay scattered: coins fused with barnacles, a small altar pearl, and hymnbooks softened by salt. Among the mundane haul the party found a few items of comfort and small magics tuned to water and song: a lesser healing potion, a driftwood wand that can summon a spray of seawater, and a music shell that can calm a single heart. The trove reads like the offerings of coastal pilgrims and grieving sailors—useful supplies for a level one party, minor magical aids to see them through future trials, and a handful of gems and coins to pay for passage or simple gear repairs.
