Collapsed Supply Vault

Behind a collapsed iron door in the dungeon's lower corridor the party finds a small supply cache left by a provincial courier band. The vault had been cleared of anything large or obviously valuable, but a patch of rubble revealed a sealed phial, a pouch of mixed coinage, and sundry gear useful to low-level adventurers: a short sword, studded leather armor, thieves' tools, a few modest gemstones, travel rations and torches. Tucked beneath a warped crate is a curious bronze bracer bearing a key-shaped rune that hums faintly against a thief's wrist. The haul is practical rather than ostentatious and will keep the party fed, equipped and able to pay for a night's lodging or a smith's repairs.
