Vault of the Wetstone Vaults

After a careful sweep of a lower-level dungeon wing cleared by the party, the adventurers find a partially collapsed vault chamber once used by a local thieves' guild to hid their take and gear. Moisture streaks the walls and old oil lamps gutter in the corners. Inside are bundled coin pouches, a collection of cut gemstones intended for fencing, a Bag of Holding slung behind a loose flagstone, and several magical trinkets left behind by thieves who fled in haste. Alongside these more obvious treasures are practical supplies and two unusual items: a shadow-slate shard useful to an alchemist or enchanter and a tattered map likely to lead to a nearby side chamber. The spread is appropriate for a party operating at seventh level: a mix of useful magic gear, treasure to sell, and a small hook for future exploration.
