The battlefield is quiet now, save for the snapping of torn pennants and the distant calls of scavenger birds. The defeated mercenaries carried little wealth individually, but their equipment, accumulated pay, and officer's effects provide a worthwhile haul. Most of the arms are mundane and bear the wear of hard service, while the recovered healing potion appears to have been reserved for the company's field surgeon. The gemstones were likely taken during an earlier raid, and the silver signet may prove more valuable as evidence or leverage than as jewelry. Beneath a collapsed supply cart, the party also finds an unfamiliar iron token that seems connected to the company's quartermasters and hints that other abandoned provisions may remain nearby.
