The chest gives a reluctant groan as the lock yields. A taut wire twangs inside the lid, but the hidden mechanism clicks harmlessly against a rusted catch. Beneath faded oilcloth, the party finds a carefully kept purse, a healing draught, and the small, practical remnants of someone who once managed this dungeon's stores.
