Silvered Howl in the Forgotten Vault

After forcing open a rusted iron door beneath the dungeon's fungi-choked kitchen, the party descended into a low, cedar-scented chamber where twenty werewolves had been using the vault as a seasonal den. The alpha fought with a silver-edged blade and a stubborn pack-defender fell with a grisly maw still dripping. When the last howl faded the party searched the barrows and found a modest lair: a chest of coins, a handful of trade-quality gems, a few bars of silver (salted with melted household trinkets), and several specialized tools meant for hunting were-kin. The alpha's own weapon remained lodged beneath a rotten bale of linen and a thick pelt lined the den's center. The items are appropriate for the dungeon theme and the party's level: a standard-grade silver weapon and silvered ammunition to exploit the enemies' weakness, moderate healing potions to sustain a level 10 group through further delves, gemstones and refined silver for crafting or sale, and a werewolf pelt suitable as a unique crafting component or trophy.
