Its story
This thumb-sized vial is blown from pale blue glass and stoppered with a tiny spiral shell. Inside, a bead of luminous green liquid bobs like a wave in a storm, while a pearl-bright bubble drifts against the current.
Lore
Among the Shoalward Isles, divers say the potion lets the sea lend you a single, borrowed breath. Returning it always leaves a trace of the ocean behind.
History
Mira Tideglass first brewed the draught for young pearl divers who needed only a brief spell of underwater breath to retrieve tools or escape a snagged net. Sailors later traded the little vials as lucky charms, though the briny smell gave away every user who returned to shore.
