Its story
This thumb-sized vial is blown from sea-green glass, with a tiny silver fish swimming in slow circles inside. Its stopper is sealed with blue wax, and the liquid within glimmers like moonlight caught beneath a wave. When shaken, it releases a soft sound like a distant tide.
Lore
Coastal folk say the fish inside each vial is a tiny guardian spirit that lends its breath to the drinker, then swims away when the magic fades.
History
Mira Tideglass made the first batch for divers searching the flooded halls of Nacre. One vial famously let a young courier swim through a submerged aqueduct to bring warning of a breach, though afterward the city's magistrate struggled to understand the courier's croaking report.
