Meira Drazic
Bard
Meira Drazic
Species
Human
Appearance
Meira looks as though she was assembled from festival light and hard travel. She has sun-warmed bronze skin, narrow shoulders, strong dancer's calves, and an easy, rolling walk that becomes almost weightless whenever music starts. Her smile is broad and unexpectedly sharp, revealing a small silver cap on one lower canine and a habit of worrying her lip between her teeth while thinking. Her eyes rarely settle on the person speaking. They travel instead to exits, balconies, hands, purses, and the quietest person in the room. She is vibrantly alive and openly sensual in her movements, yet her expression becomes solemnly practical whenever someone mentions money, hunger, or family. The contradictory impression is immediate: she dresses like a celebration but watches the world like a sentry.
“Her voice is warm, quick, and musical, with a river-town accent softened by years on the road. She speaks as if every sentence is part of a song, then occasionally drops into a flat, workaday tone that makes a threat sound like bookkeeping.”

Distinguishing Features
A small silver cap on her lower canine flashes whenever she laughs.
She watches hands and exits more than faces, even while maintaining the impression of intimate eye contact.
Her brass hip chains are made from flattened coins bearing the faces of four dead troupe members.
She can stand perfectly still for several heartbeats, then cross a room in one smooth, silent turn.
Her laughter begins silently, with her shoulders shaking, before breaking into a sudden bright bark.
Voice
“A bright contralto with a smoky edge, capable of turning a teasing whisper into a carrying stage note. When she is truly frightened, her voice becomes quiet and almost childlike.”
Clothing
A deliberately risqué performance outfit of layered teal and saffron silk, leaving her midriff and much of her back bare, with high-cut crimson dance shorts beneath a split overskirt. Brass coin chains circle her hips and chime when she moves. She wears a cropped sleeveless vest, bright stockings, soft leather slippers, and a weathered gray traveling cloak that looks absurdly plain beside everything else. The cloak is patched with scraps of old troupe banners.
Body Language
She keeps one hip angled toward the nearest exit, drums rhythms against her thigh, and leans close when flirting. When frightened, she becomes more graceful rather than less, turning panic into careful, beautiful motion.
