Zephyr-Caller Myra Vex
Wizard 14, Abjuration and Storm Sorcery; Cleric 3, Tempest Domain
Zephyr-Caller Myra Vex
Species
Air Genasi
Appearance
A towering air genasi woman with an almost weightless presence, Myra seems to occupy several inches of air above the floor rather than stand upon it. Her pale, pearlescent blue skin has the soft sheen of wet porcelain, but tiny sparks crawl beneath it like trapped fireflies. Long translucent hair streams constantly around her head in a slow, invisible updraft, lifting papers, ribbons, and loose threads whenever she becomes agitated. Her silver-threaded robes ripple as though she is walking through deep water, while her heavy brass grounding bracers drag visibly at her forearms and leave faint green stains on her skin. She moves in restless arcs, never quite taking the shortest path between two points. Despite her ethereal beauty, she has callused hands, chipped nails, and a blunt iron toe-cap on one boot, giving the impression of a celestial figure who has spent years repairing machinery in cramped tunnels.
“Her voice is low, gentle, and layered with a distant rushing undertone. She speaks with careful precision, often leaving a brief silence before important words.”

Distinguishing Features
A thin vertical scar of silver light runs from her left temple to the corner of her mouth.
Her shadow constantly points toward the nearest source of atmospheric pressure, even when the light disagrees.
Her brass bracers are bolted into her clothing and cannot be removed without specialized tools.
A small storm cloud forms above her head whenever she cries.
She carries a chipped ceramic button from the uniform of one of the servants who died in the Black Glass Surge.
Voice
“A quiet alto with the resonance of wind moving through a high stone tower, occasionally accompanied by the soft crackle of static”
Clothing
Flowing silver-threaded silk robes layered over a close-fitting storm-gray tunic, heavy brass grounding bracers bolted to her forearms, a blue-black sash bearing the seal of the Tempest Spire, reinforced boots with iron toe-caps, and a hooded mantle woven from sailcloth treated with alchemical wax
Body Language
Myra is almost never still. Her fingers trace invisible circuit diagrams, her robes drift around her ankles, and her head tilts toward distant thunder as if listening to a private voice. When frightened, she becomes unnaturally motionless and every loose object nearby begins to tremble. When angry, sparks leap from her knuckles to the brass on her bracers.
