Tzitzquitzca Rusk
Sorcerer, Crimson Bloodline
Tzitzquitzca Rusk
Species
Vampire
Appearance
Lyssa looks like a noblewoman preserved one breath before death. Her skin is pale with a faint blue undertone, smooth across the cheeks but textured at the throat with thin, branching veins that darken when she is hungry. She moves with unnerving economy, never quite shifting her weight until the instant she attacks. Her smile reveals narrow, polished fangs, yet her hands are unexpectedly rough, scarred, and callused from years of climbing stone towers and drawing heavy crossbows. She leaves an impression of immaculate control undermined by the sense that something inside her is constantly straining against its leash.
“Her voice is low, cultured, and faintly breathless, as though she is speaking from the bottom of a well. She pronounces names carefully and lets silence hang after every promise.”

Distinguishing Features
A thin scar crosses her lower lip despite her regenerative nature, maintained by a ritual silver thread
Her left eye reflects red light while her right eye reflects it as pale gold
A tiny brass key is sewn beneath the skin of her left palm
Her shadow sometimes moves half a second before she does
She smells faintly of wet limestone, cloves, and extinguished candlewick
Voice
“Low, resonant, and intimate, with a dry rasp beneath the elegance, like a velvet curtain dragged over stone.”
Clothing
A high-collared wine-red coat over layered black silk and flexible brigandine, fastened with obsidian buttons. Her sleeves are embroidered with tiny silver floodgates. She wears soft leather boots, a belt of silver vials, and a ceremonial mantle lined with blue feathers taken from a dead stormbird.
Body Language
She stands perfectly still when listening, with her head slightly inclined as if judging the pitch of a distant bell. When threatened, one thumb rubs the edge of her obsidian signet. Her movements become startlingly fluid during violence, more like spilled ink flowing uphill than a person crossing a room.
