Appearance
Eirik is a narrow-shouldered boy with the restless balance of someone accustomed to running over wet roofs and moving between carts. His ruffled flax-blond hair sticks out in stubborn wedges, but a single careful braid behind his left ear is always kept neat. His face is young, anxious, and intensely curious, with wind-chapped cheeks and a small pale patch of skin across the bridge of his nose where a courier's satchel strap has rubbed for years. He moves in quick, economical bursts, often stopping so abruptly that his clothes continue swaying after him. The contradictory impression he leaves is of fragility wrapped around startling physical confidence: he looks as though a hard gust might carry him away, yet he crosses dangerous ground like he has already measured every stone.
“Quick, quiet, and precise. His words often arrive in short bursts separated by a small hiss of breath.”

Distinguishing Features
A faint blue dye stain permanently marks the pads of his right fingertips from handling temple-thread and courier seals.
He has a habit of tilting his head toward distant sounds before anyone else notices them.
His left shoe has three tiny brass studs arranged in a triangle, making a recognizable tick when he runs.
A careful braid behind his left ear remains neat even when the rest of his hair is windblown.
Before speaking, he draws a shallow breath through his teeth, producing a soft papery hiss.
Voice
“A high, breathy adolescent voice with a dry rasp from cold air and too many nights sleeping outdoors. He tends to swallow the first word of a sentence, then speak more clearly once he has committed to it.”
Clothing
A patched charcoal wool tunic, short waxed courier's cloak, faded russet trousers, soft leather shoes reinforced with strips of sailcloth, and a blue thread bracelet from his mother's temple. His old Gyllenlack badge has been turned backward and sewn inside the cloak.
Body Language
Eirik leans forward as if perpetually listening for footsteps behind him. His hands are rarely still: he rubs thumb and forefinger together, checks the knot of his satchel, or traces invisible routes on nearby surfaces. When he lies, he becomes unnaturally motionless except for one heel tapping against the floor.
