Appearance
Morga Splitjaw is an enormous ogre woman with slate-gray skin textured like weathered river rock, broad hands, and a heavy, deliberate gait that makes every step seem measured against the ground. Her lower jaw is divided by a natural vertical cleft, giving her mouth the appearance of two blunt iron wedges when she grins. She keeps a thick brass tally-ring threaded through the end of one lower tusk, and the ring has worn a dark, polished groove into the tusk from years of rubbing against it. Her coarse black hair is shaved close on the sides and gathered into a short rope at the crown, tied with strips of faded red campaign cloth. She smells faintly of lamp oil, boiled leather, and mint. Her expression is usually stern and monumental, yet she handles injured soldiers with startlingly careful fingertips, as though lifting eggs instead of armored bodies. Before every threat, she rolls both shoulders once, slowly and audibly, as if preparing to carry the burden herself.
“A deep, gravelly voice that seems to come from the floorboards, with clipped phrases, heavy consonants, and sudden softness when addressing the injured.”

Distinguishing Features
A naturally split lower jaw that makes her speech seem doubled when she shouts
A brass tally-ring worn through one tusk, polished dark where she touches it
A white medical sash worn over military armor
A campaign-banner cloak whose patches come from units that no longer exist
An oddly delicate habit of tucking loose blankets beneath a wounded soldier's chin
Voice
“Low, coarse, and resonant, with the authority of a collapsing wall held up by one last beam”
Clothing
Layered blackened leather and iron plates, reinforced with strips of red-dyed hide. Her left shoulder bears a patched cloak made from retired unit banners, while a broad white medical sash is tied around her waist over the armor.
Body Language
Morga stands with her feet planted wide and her elbows slightly away from her body, like a gate refusing to swing open. She rolls her shoulders before threats, taps her brass tally-ring against her tusk when thinking, and bends close to injured people despite her immense size. When angry, she becomes almost perfectly still.
