Appearance
Vibor looks like a man assembled from bad escapes and unfinished repairs. He has a long, narrow face, a slightly crooked nose that has been broken more than once, and a mouth that seems permanently prepared to make a joke before fear can show through. His movements are quick and wary on land, but become loose, confident, and almost graceful aboard a ship. He studies every exit without appearing to look at one. His hands are rough, scarred, and constantly flexing as if testing invisible weapons. The unexpected contradiction is his tenderness toward damaged objects: he handles cracked cups, broken buckles, and wounded animals with extraordinary patience, while treating his own injuries as punchlines.
“His speech is quick, informal, and full of abrupt turns. He drops into a dry coastal cadence when relaxed, clips his words when frightened, and becomes theatrically polite when lying.”

Distinguishing Features
A crooked nose with a faint purple ridge from a recent break
A pale scar circling his left wrist like an old restraint mark
A tiny brass gear sewn into the collar of his shirt
A missing upper canine that shows when he smiles
A habit of keeping one eye on the water even while speaking to someone directly
Voice
“A rough, quick baritone with a habitual half-laugh beneath it. After drinking, his voice becomes softer and more affectionate, then increasingly slurred as his confidence overtakes his balance.”
Clothing
A salt-stained charcoal vest over a faded red linen shirt, patched sailor's trousers, soft-soled boots, a short oilskin coat, and a leather belt crowded with hooks, wire, bottles, and small tools. He wears one mismatched brass earring that he refuses to explain.
Body Language
Vibor leans against rails, doorframes, and walls as though standing fully upright would make him easier to capture. He keeps his shoulders loose but his hands ready. When embarrassed, he rubs the bridge of his nose, looks toward Tesoro, and starts talking faster. When frightened, he becomes unusually still.
