Kezgai Gantzek
Noble
Kezgai Gantzek
Species
Half-Orc
Appearance
Kezgai is slim and compact, with the balanced posture of someone trained to stand through long ceremonies without fidgeting. Her face is unexpectedly soft for a half-orc, with rounded cheeks, a small chin, a broad expressive mouth, and two short ivory tusks that show when she smiles. Her skin has a muted olive-gray tone, weathered across the knuckles and forearms by years of riding, archery practice, and salt wind from the family estates. She moves in quick, economical steps, never quite making the noise people expect from her size. The contradictory impression is striking: she looks almost cherubic at first glance, but her stillness feels like a drawn blade. Within a minute of meeting her, most people notice that she occupies space by refusing to retreat from it, even when surrounded by taller nobles.
“Her voice is low, clear, and carefully paced, with clipped consonants and a faint river-march accent. She sounds almost formal when relaxed and becomes more conversational when angry.”

Distinguishing Features
Two small, neatly filed ivory tusks visible when she smiles.
A square copper signet ring worn on her right thumb, rubbed nearly smooth from constant handling.
A faint line of pale freckles across the bridge of her nose, unusual against her olive-gray skin.
Her coat cuffs are embroidered with tiny red geometric knots, each one representing a person who once helped her.
She stands unnervingly close during serious conversations, then apologizes with complete sincerity.
Voice
“A low contralto with a dry, steady resonance, as if every sentence has already been considered twice.”
Clothing
A deep green wool coat fitted close at the waist, a cream linen shirt with a high folded collar, charcoal riding trousers, polished ankle boots, and a narrow copper sash bearing her family's geometric river-knot emblem. Her clothes are well made but repeatedly mended at the cuffs.
Body Language
Kezgai keeps her shoulders square and her hands visible, as though every conversation were a formal audience. She leans slightly forward when listening, making people feel unusually heard. When angry, she rubs one thumb across the edge of her signet ring and becomes almost perfectly motionless.
